The Body-Emotion-Mind (BEM) Program, a comprehensive ten-session weight loss program designed to empower you with the tools to reprogram your mind and achieve you ideal body.

4 Phases


Phase 1: Goal Setting and Planning

We will focus on setting clear goals and creating a comprehensive plan to guide your journey. We'll also delve into topics such as commitment, motivation, and self-reflection to better understand your body, mind, and thoughts. You will learn techniques to overcome self-limiting beliefs and adopt a positive mindset that supports you to get your ideal body.


Phase 2: Emotional Well-being

In Phase 2, our attention will be on addressing the emotional aspects of your weight-related challenges. We'll explore concepts such as identifying and overcoming saboteurs, dealing with the critical inner voice, addressing past traumas, managing emotional eating, overcoming cravings, and understanding addiction in relation to your weight.


Phase 3: Mental Empowerment

The third phase will concentrate on enhancing your mental well-being. We'll work on techniques like visualization exercises, improving your relationship with food, boosting self-confidence and body image, and incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily routine. This phase aims to cultivate a positive and resilient mindset to support your weight loss journey.


Phase 4: Sustaining Your Progress

In the final phase, we will focus on strategies to help you maintain your newfound relationship with your body and sustain a balanced life. We'll explore methods to integrate your healthy habits into your everyday routine and develop strategies to prevent relapse.     Where are the sessions held?

  • All sessions are conducted online, providing convenience and accessibility for clients. However, for clients located in Brisbane, Australia, face-to-face sessions can be arranged upon request.

    Do you provide a specific diet or exercise plan?

  • While there is no specific pre-determined diet or exercise plan, the sessions aim to instill motivation and energy in clients, empowering them to make healthy changes they desire. The focus is on developing the willingness and consistency required to implement and sustain these changes.

    Are the sessions scheduled on a weekly basis?

  • Initially, the sessions are scheduled weekly, particularly during the first 5 or 6 sessions. This frequency allows for the delivery of a comprehensive range of information and activities. Subsequently, as clients acquire the necessary tools for their weight loss journey, sessions are spaced out to bi-weekly or longer intervals. This approach allows clients ample time to apply and integrate their newfound knowledge and skills.
